Surefeet

End of session.....Responses to: What was the best element of the Surefeet program for you?

  • Awareness
  • Muscle strengthening
  • Balance & Posture
  • Getting me going for the day
  • Ability/personality/clear directions, appreciated the Super 7's to do at home
  • Pace of exercises and variety and personality of Instructors
  • Definitely increased movement confidence
  • The exercises did help my balance (after only 8 classes) but it could still be improved, I'll be back
  • Lifting the feet, walking  heel to toe with each step
