- Muscle strengthening
- Balance & Posture
- Getting me going for the day
- Ability/personality/clear directions, appreciated the Super 7's to do at home
- Pace of exercises and variety and personality of Instructors
- Definitely increased movement confidence
- The exercises did help my balance (after only 8 classes) but it could still be improved, I'll be back
- Lifting the feet, walking heel to toe with each step
